Introduction
In order to establish and maintain the academic integrity of the UAH
community, students have the responsibility to uphold academic honesty,
meaning that plagiarism, cheating, or any other form of academic misconduct
is prohibited. As a student, it is important for you to review the UAH
Student Handbook to gain a clear understanding the Code of Student Conduct,
which describes your rights and responsibilities, academic misconduct,
and the disciplinary procedure for academic misconduct. Within the Code
of Student Conduct, it states:
Upon enrollment a student shall be deemed to have accepted the conditions
and obligations stated herein and to have agreed to be bound hereby,
in addition to all other applicable university regulations that may
have been or may in the future be issued and published by proper authority.
